Thuys is a completely new facility concept, initially designed for companies with 50 - 350 employees. Soon, the Thuys concept also appeared to be particularly suitable for multi-tenant buildings. The idea behind Thuys is that in every office environment there is a need for facility support, think of hospitality, lunch, coffee, cleaning and coordination. In a smaller office environment, there is often no facility department or dedicated facility employee to realize this. As a consequence, the (executive) secretary is often responsible for one part, the HR manager for the other and again a third colleague also performs s some tasks. Ultimately, this only costs time and often money: after all, there is insufficient market knowledge to properly purchase and control the requested services. In addition, the services are often not flexible.

ROI facility has developed a new market approach with Thuys. Costs are considerably lower than the benchmark. The central place in the service is the Thuyskiosk, which is reception and catering outlet in one. The Thuyskiosk offers really good coffee and tea variations and handmade fresh sandwiches, as well as fresh juices, home-made soup, salads and sweet and savory snacks from the bakery. Everything daily fresh and daily changing. And combined with reception services: welcoming visitors, delicious coffee and sandwiches.
